Veteran German hard rockers THE SCORPIONS will perform during St. Petersburg's 300th Anniversary Celebrations on Saturday, May 31 in St. Petersburg, Russia. Other artists scheduled to appear during the ten-day celebration are Whitney Houston and Luciano Pavarotti.
